Cutting Garden Workshop

Learn the skill of growing your own cut blooms. Our flower manager and floral designer will discuss the finer points of home growing for arrangements from seeding to harvest. This comprehensive lesson will cover pointers on planning, growing tips, and design concepts. We will lead a hands on lesson on starting seeds, each student will sow a mixture of different blooms preferred for cutting. We will discuss seed selection, soil and bed preparation, maintenance and support, to harvesting. A hands on creative demonstration by Hannah will illustrate design concepts for your inspiration. Join us for this educational and creative one hour workshop.
